1. Services
BashVerse Technologies provides custom software development, web development, ecommerce development, AI automation, UI/UX design, and quick commerce development services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and assets created specifically for their project. BashVerse retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a specific NDA or confidentiality agreement is in place.
3. Payment Terms
Projects require a deposit before work begins. Remaining payments are tied to project milestones as outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may result in work pausing until the account is settled.
4. Revisions & Support
All projects include a 30-day post-launch support period for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Feature additions beyond the original project scope are quoted separately. Revisions within scope are included as agreed in the project brief.
5. Limitation of Liability
BashVerse Technologies' liability is limited to the value of the project agreement. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, hosting issues, or client-caused errors after handoff.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and arbitration if necessary.
